RentalPanel.pk is powered by the international infrastructure of PanelN Global. Consequently, while your local interactions and payments are managed through our Pakistani flagship edition, the technical data processing and core software security are handled by PanelN Global's enterprise-grade nodes. By using our 1500 PKR ($5) monthly rental services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of information we gather include:

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you sign up for a panel, we collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number to facilitate communication and support.
  • Branding Data: To provide our white-label service, we store your domain names, logos, and panel configurations.
  • Financial Records: For the 1500 PKR ($5) subscription, we record transaction IDs from local gateways like Easypaisa, JazzCash, and SadaPay to verify your payments. We do not store full bank or card details on our local servers.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with your admin dashboard, including IP addresses, browser types, and access times.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information created by your use of PanelN technology to help diagnose technical issues and prevent fraud.

3. How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose of collecting your data is to ensure the smooth operation of your SMM business. We use your data to:

Service Provision

To manage your white-label panel, handle automated order processing, and ensure your 1500 PKR subscription remains active.

Technical Support

To communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and technical queries via WhatsApp or Email.

Security Hardening

To detect and prevent DDoS attacks, fraudulent activity, and unauthorized access to your reseller account.

Performance Optimization

To analyze traffic patterns across PTCL and Zong networks and optimize our regional CDN for faster loading.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, your data may be shared in the following circumstances:

  • With PanelN Global: As our primary infrastructure partner, PanelN Global has access to technical logs to ensure system stability and security updates.
  • With SMM Providers: When an order is placed on your panel, the necessary data (such as the target link) is sent to the third-party SMM provider you have connected via API. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of your chosen providers.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by the laws of Pakistan or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Security of Your Information

Security is built into the heart of the PanelN ecosystem. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
  • Cloud-Native Protection: We utilize PanelN Global's international DDoS mitigation layers to protect your database from intrusion.

  • Correction: You can update your contact information and panel branding at any time through your admin dashboard.
  • Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated panel data upon termination of your 1500 PKR subscription.

8. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a buffer period of 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is permanently purged from our primary databases, except where retention is required for legal or audit purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Because RentalPanel.pk is the official Pakistan edition of PanelN Global, your technical information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of Pakistan where the data protection laws may differ. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. We recommend you review this policy periodically for any changes.
