Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using RentalPanel.pk. By using our platform, you agree to comply with our global standards and local regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RentalPanel.pk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. RentalPanel.pk is the official localized edition of PanelN Global, specifically launched to serve the Pakistani market. These terms govern your use of our white-label SMM software, hosting infrastructure, and related services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Relationship with PanelN Global

RentalPanel.pk operates as a strategic regional partner of PanelN Global, the international leader in SMM software infrastructure since 2018. When you rent a panel through RentalPanel.pk, you are utilizing the core technology, security protocols, and automated engines developed by PanelN Global.

While PanelN Global provides the technical backbone (including servers, code updates, and DDoS protection), RentalPanel.pk manages the local Pakistani business operations, localized support, and PKR-based payment processing.

3. Description of Services

We provide a white-label "Rental" software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create their own branded SMM panels. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Software Access: Full use of the PanelN administrative and user interface.
  • Hosting: Enterprise-grade hosting with regional optimization for Pakistan.
  • Automation: API bridges to connect with third-party SMM providers.
  • Security: Free SSL certificates and international DDoS mitigation.

You acknowledge that RentalPanel.pk does not sell social media services (likes, followers, etc.) directly. We provide the software infrastructure for you to connect your own providers and sell to your own clients.

4. Subscription Fees and Payments

Our pricing is specifically designed for the Pakistani economy. The base subscription for a white-label panel starts at 1500 PKR ($5) per month.

  • Localized Billing: Payments are accepted in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and local Bank Transfers.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day recurring basis. Failure to pay will result in the temporary suspension of your panel.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our SaaS infrastructure and the instant allocation of resources, all payments are non-refundable.

5. User Conduct and Content

As a user of PanelN technology through RentalPanel.pk, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your rented panel. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal activities or to promote prohibited content in Pakistan.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with PanelN Global or RentalPanel.pk.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the underlying source code of the platform.
  • Use the API to spam social media platforms in a way that violates their respective Terms of Service (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

While PanelN Global maintains a 99.9% uptime record, all services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." RentalPanel.pk and PanelN Global make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the software or the delivery of services from your third-party SMM providers.

In no event shall RentalPanel.pk or PanelN Global be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and all data associated with your rented panel may be permanently deleted after 7 days of inactivity.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Pakistan.
